Crosswinds Condominiums: Traditional Condominiums, $250/month

These are the Original buildings located at the south end of the channel and the center of the complex. There are forty two individual units located in five residential buildings. The tennis courts and clubhouse are the property of this Association.
Includes; lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, tennis courts, association building, structural insurance, on-site association manager, cable television, private beach access.

Crosswinds Lakeside: Site Condominiums, $75/month

These condominiums are located on Pere Marquette Lake, on the east side of the complex. There are eighteen individual units located in four residential buildings.
Includes; lawn care, snow removal, city water, city sewer, cable television, private beach access.

Crosswinds Estates: Site Condominiums, $95/month

The condominiums located on the north end of the channel, the beach, mid and south section of the peninsula comprise this Association. There are seventy nine individual units located in thirty two residential buildings.
Includes; lawn care, snow removal, association pool access, cable television, private beach access.

Crosswinds Marina: Boat Slips, $55/month

The Crosswinds Marina is located on the north east side of the development on the Pere Marquette Lake and Lake Michigan channel. There are forty one individual boat slip in the Crosswinds Marina. Features include; city water, electric, cable, bathhouse and boat launch.

Crosswinds Lakeside Marina: Boat Slips, $35/month

The Crosswinds Lakeside Marina is located on the east side of the development on the Pere Marquette Lake. There are fourteen individual boat slip in the Crosswinds Lakeside Marina. Features include; city water, electric, cable and boat launch.
